Job Brief 
As the Director of Account Management at MediaMint, you will be responsible for developing a system for engaging with strategic clients to elevate the quality of the relationship, help solve problems, identify new opportunities, and achieve defined business goals.
Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting  relationships 
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, solutions engineering, and client engagement teams to ensure the  client is served appropriately 
  • Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services 
  • Research and identify key stakeholders in the client’s organization and map the relationships accordingly with MediaMint leaders.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client’s needs and what they expect from our company 
  • Establish a regular and organized cadence of engagement with clients to drive value, deepen existing relationships and develop new relationships.
  • Develop tactics that will deliver the most appropriate products or services 
  • Use your outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company  and with clients
  • Develop a team of Account Managers and oversee key accounts
  • Plan client retention strategies and account strategies that increase revenue and customer loyalty. 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented 
  • Bachelor’s required
  • 4+ years experience managing enterprise-level accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and general functions.
